Do you offer a warranty on electronic instruments?

Yes, all MOONBOY MUSIC hardware comes with a standard 1-year manufacturer warranty that covers defects in materials and workmanship. Extended protection plans are available at checkout.

What is your return policy for open-box items?

We offer a 30-day return policy for most electronics. However, items must be in their original packaging with all cables and accessories included. A restocking fee may apply if the factory seal is broken on software-bundled hardware.

Are your MIDI controllers compatible with all DAWs?

Our hardware is designed to be class-compliant, meaning it works plug-and-play with Ableton Live, FL Studio, Logic Pro, and most other major digital audio workstations on both Windows and macOS.

How can I track my order?
